Who we are

Triforce Group ("we", "us", "our") provides IT, app and software development, digital marketing, managed IT support, AI and automation consulting, logistics, cleaning and security services from 33 Station Road, RM3 0BP, London. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through our client and supplier relationships.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry or quote request.

Review content: the name, company, service, star rating and review text you submit through our reviews form.

Service delivery data: information required to run a contract, such as site addresses, access instructions, rotas, ticket history and invoicing details.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URL, collected in server logs and any analytics we operate.

Why we process it and our lawful basis

To answer enquiries and prepare quotations — legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

To deliver, support and invoice contracted services — performance of a contract.

To publish reviews you voluntarily submit — consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

To keep accounting, insurance, vetting and security records — legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Sharing your data

We share personal data only with processors that help us operate: hosting and email providers, our accounting platform, and vetted subcontractors engaged on your contract. All are bound by written terms and may only act on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become contracts are deleted within 24 months. Contract, invoicing and tax records are kept for seven years as required by UK law. Published reviews are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any right, email info@triforcegroup.co.uk. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses only cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to serve pages and remember form state. If we later add analytics or marketing cookies we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege administration and staff vetting appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. No transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, so please do not send payment card details by email.
